Which consolidators can you connect?
We have integrated AERTiCKET, Mondee and Skyres, and we can connect other consolidators that offer an API.
How does automated ticketing work?
When a customer books, the platform sends the booking to the consolidator, who issues the ticket. The platform checks the status automatically and tells the customer as soon as the ticket is issued.
What happens if a ticket is slow to issue?
Most tickets are issued within about 10 minutes. If one takes longer, the platform keeps checking and our team follows up with the consolidator.
Can I use more than one consolidator?
Yes. We have run 4 consolidators in one booking flow.
