The challenge

The business needed GDS flight content and multiple consolidators in one platform. Tickets are issued by the consolidators, so the platform had to know when each ticket was issued and tell the customer, with no manual checking by the team.

What was built

• Amadeus GDS integration for flight content
• Integration with multiple flight consolidators
• Fully automated ticketing: the platform hands the PNR to the consolidator, which issues the ticket on its own office ID
• The platform short polls the consolidator’s order details API to track issuance
• As soon as the ticket is issued, the customer is informed automatically
• No manual checking by the team

The challenge

Hotel content had to come from more than one supplier, and guests needed one smooth path from search to a confirmed booking.

What was built

• Hotel search to booking in one flow
• Connected to multiple hotel supplier APIs
• A hotel confirmation number (HCN) for the guest at the end of booking
